These rules apply when you use Kaizen Menu, purchase access, or use our support channels.

Use the service lawfully

You must use Kaizen Menu in accordance with applicable laws and the rules of the platform or game you use it with.

You are responsible for keeping your account, license key, and payment information private.

Do not share, resell, publish, or transfer a personal license unless a reseller agreement explicitly allows it.

Do not attack, overload, reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass the website, checkout, or delivery systems.

Do not use stolen payment methods, fraudulent chargebacks, manipulated transactions, or payment exploits.

Once a digital key has been revealed or delivered, it is considered used. Keep your key safe after delivery.

Crypto payments are fulfilled after the payment provider confirms the transaction. Network fees and exchange rates may apply.

Features, supported payment assets, prices, and stock may change as the service is updated.

Support is provided in good faith. Do not harass, threaten, impersonate staff, or submit intentionally misleading requests.

We may suspend or revoke access when these rules are abused. Fraudulent purchases may be reported to the payment provider.
